DRAWING OILS

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS-155

Drawplus-155 is a versatile lubricant, which can be used for drawing, forming, stamping and nonferrous tube/ wire drawing. In its neat form, Drawplus-155 is an off-white paste which can used either as is or diluted with water down to 5% levels. Softened water is preferred to eliminate the precipitation of hard water soaps.

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS-505

DRAWPLUS-505 is chlorinated drawing oil which has not a pigment or heavy metal. DRAWPLUS-505 is highly respected in the difficult carbon and stainless steel forming industry.
DRAWPLUS-505 is an unusual drawing compound, which enables deep drawing of carbon and stainless steel.

DRAWPLUS-56

Drawplus-56 is a versatile lubricant, which can be used for drawing, forming, stamping and nonferrous tube/ wire drawing. In its neat form, Drawplus-56 is an off-white paste which can used either as is or diluted with water down to 5% levels. Softened water is preferred to eliminate the precipitation of hard water soaps.

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS-506

As pigment and sulfur free product, DRAWPLUS-506 is high-viscosity Chlorinated Drawing Oil. DRAWPLUS-506 shows good performance in tough operations such as drawing job of carbon steel and stainless steel, and cleaning is easy with alkali defatting agent. Usage in the form of undiluted solution is recommendable, but you can dilute it by low-viscosity mineral oil or solvent at the ratio of one to four. In particular, DRAWPLUS-506 shows good performance in drawing job of automobile wheel cover (stainless steel).

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS-507

DRAWPLUS-507 is an entirely new kind of lubricant with a unique additive. It dramatically lowers the coefficient of friction of steel to aluminum and aluminum to aluminum, and is also used on stainless steel, bronze, brass, galvanized steel, titanium and other metals.

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS-508

DRAWPLUS-508 is an entirely new kind of lubricant with a unique additive. It dramatically lowers the coefficient of friction of steel to aluminum and aluminum to aluminum, and is also used on stainless steel, bronze, brass, galvanized steel, titanium and other metals.

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS-510

DRAWPLUS-510 was developed especially for use as a lubricant for drawing and forming aluminum. It can be used for difficult non- ferrous stamping and forming operations as well as for rod break-down drawing of aluminum wire.

In addition to its remarkable lubricating characteristics, DRAWPLUS-510 contains a unique additive, ND. This dramatically lowers the coefficient of friction of steel to aluminum, aluminum to aluminum and can also be used on stainless steel, bronze, brass, galvanized steel and other metals

DRAWPLUS-511

DRAWPLUS-511 was developed especially for use as a lubricant for drawing and forming aluminum. It can be used for difficult non- ferrous stamping and forming operations as well as for rod break-down drawing of aluminum wire.

In addition to its remarkable lubricating characteristics, DRAWPLUS-511 contains a unique additive, ND. This dramatically lowers the coefficient of friction of steel to aluminum, aluminum to aluminum and can also be used on stainless steel, bronze, brass, galvanized steel and other metals.

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS-512

DRAWPLUS-512 has been developed for drawing of square and hexagon rods and deep-drawing of heavy-duty products since they contain solid lubricant where oil film cannot be destroyed. DRAWPLUS-512 can be used regardless of temperature change since it is possible for them to be blended with each other in proper ratio depending on works. Besides, they have excellent extreme pressure performance and lubricity, which extend tool life. Especially, they improve working efficiency by relieving the contamination of working place, which is considered as main problem caused by solid lubricant and also, make surface gloss better.

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS-513

DRAWPLUS 513 is a highly chlorinated oil-type product compounded with a non-ionic emulsifier to facilitate ease of removal. Removal of such compounds has always been a problem, but this difficulty has been overcome with DRAWPLUS 513 . This is a high E.P. treated drawing oil which contains no pigment or sulfur.

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS-514

DRAWPLUS 514 is a newly developed bolt and nut former oil. The highly refined mineral oil in DRAWPLUS 514 offers not only mild odor and color but also excellent working atmosphere due to extremely less fuming. It does contain optimum extreme pressure additive and refined oil which cause no stain or rust to the machined parts and exhibits excellent lubrication for forming medium and large sized bolt

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS-515

DRAWPLUS-515 is a newly developed bolt & nut former oil. Its highly refined base oil provides mild odor and good appearance as well as extremely less fuming which enables excellent atmosphere of shop area.
DRAWPLUS-515 gives excellent lubrication when operating medium and large sized bolt former.

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS-516

DRAWPLUS-516 provides the lubricity requirements, for high speed press formation where a vanishing product is needed.
The additive package in the product reduces metal pickup and galling. This allows faster press operation and promotes cooler dies and longer die life. Its solvent carrier evaporates rapidly and leaves a minimum residue on formed parts. This residue is compatible with many paints bases, and no cleaning of parts are required before welding and assembly.

Data Sheet

DRAWLUS-517

DRAWPLUS-517 is a water soluble product designed for drawing copper rod and wire. The product is suitable for drawing both continuously cast and conventionally hot rolled rod. It is suitable for use on rod, medium and fine wire machines.

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS 243 & 243 LV

A yellow, moderately heavy, viscous lubricant fortified with chlorine and fatty additives for plug and mandrel drawing stainless steel and nickel alloys. At the drawing periphery when surface of the tube bar is in contact with the die, there is chemical reactivity on the metal surfaces whereby a nascent metallic chloride layer of molecular thickness is formed. This feature is important in high speed drawing of steel for extending the die life and improving surface finish.

Data Sheet

DRAWPLUS-2387

Drawplus-2387 is an entirely new kind of lubricant with a unique additive. It dramatically lowers the coefficient of friction of steel to aluminum and aluminum to aluminum, and is also used on stainless steel, bronze, brass, galvanized steel, titanium and other metals.

Data Sheet
