SYG-990 Silicon Grease (1 KG)

SYG-990 is high performance lubricating grease based on special heat resistant ingredients and additive package. Grease is suitable for long term or lifetime lubrication of plain, ball and roller bearing operating at normal to medium loads under high temperature conditions. it is non ageing and structurally very suitable grease in NLGI consistency No. 2 range it is resistant to hot and cold water and mild presence of alkaline or acid atmosphere. it also protect against corrosion and wear is pump able through centralised lubrication systems. It is pressure resistant and the NS-G version has very good load carrying capacity.

Registered by NSF (Class H1) for use where there is potential for incidental contact with food. These products meet the former guidelines (1998) of the US Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA FSIS) for H1 use (lubricant with incidental food contact) and listed in Miscellaneous Publication No 1419 “List of Proprietary Substances and Nonfood Compounds”. Product contains only substances permitted under US 21 CFR 178.3570, 178.3620 and 182 for use in lubricants with incidental food contact.

SYG-990 is capable of with standing high temperature in the range of 180ºC on continuous operation. It performs excellently at Dm.n factors upped 100,000 and satisfactorily at Dm.n factors up to 200,000.
