Product Description
 CPU grease is a kind of thermally conductive but usually electrically insulating compound, which is commonly used as an interface between heat sinks and heat sources (e.g., high power semiconductor devices). The main role of thermal grease is to eliminate air gaps or spaces (which act as thermal insulator) from the interface area so as to maximize. It protects delicate electronic parts against overheating. They are ideal for use as a thermal interface and insulator for semiconductor elements (transistors, thermistors) and various types of heat sinks.

Recommended for use:-
CPU grease is recommended for protection of sensitive components such as sensors, probes, measuring instruments or semiconductors, such as diodes, transistors, thyristors through improving the heat linking to cooling plates or metal housings.

Benefits:

·        Facilitates heat transfer between the heat sink and CPU
·        Acts as a cooling gel to reduce CPU temperature
·        Reduces fire hazard by eliminating heat sink scorching
·        Thermal paste has no benefits in modern processors
·        It will have to be coupled with a mechanical fixation mechanism such as screws, allowing for pressure between the two, spreading the thermal grease onto the heat source.
