MOULD PROTECT G12 is a premium grease-based anti-corrosion mould protectant developed for the temporary protection of moulds, dies, tools and metallic surfaces against rust and corrosion. The product is formulated using refined hydrocarbon oils, corrosion-inhibiting additives and a visible red identification system. After evaporation of the volatile carrier, it forms a stable, red, oily protective film which penetrates into fine cracks, corners, edges and undercuts. MOULD PROTECT G12 is designed for use particularly on moulds and dies used in thermoplastic injection moulding and related polymer-processing operations. The formulation is designed to provide excellent moisture displacement, good low-temperature performance and non-drip characteristics.
