QUICK DRY STAMPING OIL is a premium synthetic, fast-evaporating metal forming and stamping fluid specially
formulated for high-speed press operations requiring excellent lubrication with minimal residue. The product
provides outstanding anti-wear performance, excellent surface finish, reduced tool wear, and rapid
evaporation after stamping, eliminating or minimizing post-cleaning operations.
Its chlorine-free, low-residue formulation ensures clean components while improving die life and prod

Product Applications
- Quick Dry Stamping Fluid was specially developed for use on a variety of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals
- where a high level of part cleanliness is required. It provides the ultimate balance between lubrication and
- evaporation, protecting dies and punches whilst giving a virtually dry finished part. In the majority of cases
- parts may be powder coated or painted without resorting to time consuming parts cleaning or costly vapor
- degreasing.
- Quick Dry Stamping Fluid should ideally be directly sprayed onto the punch or die during operation, but can
- also be applied by swab, roller or spray to blanks prior to entering the punch or press. G
