SYF-1155 is a high-purity silicone diffusion pump fluid based on pentaphenyl trimethyl trisiloxane chemistry.
It is specially formulated for ultra-high vacuum applications where extremely low vapor pressure, excellent
thermal stability, and minimal back-streaming characteristics are required.
The product is suitable for use in diffusion pumps operating in semiconductor manufacturing, vacuum
metallurgy, aerospace, analytical instrumentation, research laboratories, and other ultra-high vacuum
