SYG-990/FGPTFE (Extra)Grease consists of a Silicone Lubricating fluid thickened with a special complex Lithium soap and PTFE.
This grease is primarily designed for use in EPDM seals & fittings, valves and O-rings in the food and beverage industry and ball
bearing operation under moderate to heavy loads and at temperature (-50 ° C to 220° C). This grease will be available in three
consistencies (light, medium and heavy)and can be applied by spatula, grease gun.

Product Applications
- Maximum temperature is180ºC,with a peak temperature up to 200⁰C.
- Bearings, slides, chains, general-lubrication Medium-high speed bearings.
- Lubrication of plastics and plastics to metal contact.
- Oven bearing lubrication.
- Applications which require boundary lubrication with PTFE.
- Compatible with most rubbers and plastics and is a superior lubricant for "O" rings.
