THERMAL COMPOUND PASTE, also known as thermal grease, CPU grease, thermal compound, thermal gel,
thermal interface material, or thermal paste, is a thermally conductive and generally electrically insulating
compound commonly used as an interface between heat sinks and heat-generating components such as
high-power semiconductor devices.
