THERMAL GOLD PASTE is made from precious metals and heat-conducting materials. Never cured, and it can
maintain the paste state in the -30 to 240℃ range. It has Excellent thermal conductivity, Electrical insulation,
Weather and temperature resistance. The main role of thermal paste is to eliminate air gaps or spaces (which
act as thermal insulator) from the interface area so as to maximize heat transfer. Thermal paste protects
delicate electronic parts against overheating.
