Product Description

 

SYG 4350 high temperature grease with non soap thickener and effective oxidation inhibitor. This high viscosity oil in this grease chemically stable and has low volatility.

 

SYG 4350 has excellent resistant to changes in consistency under both high temperatures and cyclic conditions where it is repeatedly heated and cooled. Even with server working under such conditions, it does not soften or harden significantly. The oils used in this grease have very low volatility, do not evaporate rapidly and therefore, minimize hardening when the grease is held at high temperatures for long periods.

 

SYG 4350 has excellent resistance to water washing. Under humid conditions, it will absorb about its own weight without any major change in structure or consistency. With up to ten percent water contamination, it does not change its consistency, even under \severe working. It also exhibits good resistance to stem and mild acidic or alkaline washes whether hot or cold.

 SYG 4350 contains molybdenum disulfide to improve its anti wear qualities in slow operational sliding conditions and where relatively longer intervals are between applications exits.

 

Application

 SYG 4350 grease is recommended for heavy loaded industrial presses, heavy duty bending machines. It is suitable for the lubrication of Cam ways and other sliding machine elements under extreme mechanical and operative conditions because adheres to sliding elements.
