Product Description

TCZ PLUS is a zinc-based thread compound made with the finest quality ingredients using only pure metallic zinc, premium oils, and greases. These products are formulated to conform to recommendations for oilfield drill pipes outlined in API Bulletin 7A1. Its special grease base is highly resistant to water and prevents leakage at high temperatures. The tackiness agents & super fine metallic powder are dispersed uniformly so that it doesn’t build up on thread & provides great chemical stability.

Application

TCZ PLUS is recommended for use on tools, pipes, coupling joints, drill bits, drill collars and other rotary shouldered connections in extreme conditions. It may be applied with the help of a brush in hot and cold weather.
