Copper Conductive Grease
SYNTHETIC COPPER CONDUCTIVE GREASE
Product Description
Electrically conductive Grease is used for
improving electrical connections between sliding surfaces and parts. Conductive
grease typically serves as a ground to provide excellent Electric channeling.
COPPER CONDUCTIVE GREASE is a premium low
friction, electrically conductive grease based on micro size amorphous copper
and other proprietary solid lubricants with non- melting high temperature apart
from new generation oxidation and H2S inhibitors.
Applications & Usages
COPPER CONDUCTIVE GREASE is free from lead and aluminum and
does not carbonize at high temperature up to 1100°C. It is recommended for
stainless steel application above 360°C it performs well on similar and
dissimilar metals. It provides rust, Corrosion protection while preventing
seizing, galling, pitting, galvanic action and thread distortion. It is
impervious to water, electrically conductive and offers protection from steam
acids, caustic and harsh chemicals.
It is supplied ready to use to apply by brush, swab, or
hand or grease gun. It is excellent for ground connections, rotating
connections, rotary switches, variable capacitors, roller inductors, roller
bearings, slip rings, slide connecters and potentiometers.
Benefits
·
Reduces mechanical wear.
·
Lubricates, reduces contact resistance, repels
moisture, inhibits corrosion, and prevents static buildup.
·
Ensures electrical contact between loose or vibrating
parts.
·
Improves electrical connections between irregular,
pitted or corroded surfaces.
·
Economical way to protect switches.
Uses
Clean and dry the
surface before use. Apply a thin, even layer of grease using a spatula or other
appropriate applicator
