Product Description
THERMAL GOLD PASTE is made from precious metals and heat-conducting materials. Never cured, and it can maintain the paste state in the -30 to 240 ℃ range. It has Excellent thermal conductivity, Electrical insulation, Weather and temperature resistance. The main role of thermal paste is to eliminate air gaps or spaces (which act as thermal insulator) from the interface area so as to maximize heat transfer. Thermal paste protects delicate electronic parts against overheating.
Applications
THERMAL GOLD PASTE is recommended for protection of sensitive components such as sensors, probes, measuring instruments or semiconductors, such as diodes, transistors, thyristors through improving the heat linking to cooling plates or metal housings. Please make sure the surface is absolutely clean before use ·the thermal grease could be coated on the objects directly or by brush.
It is widely used in various electronic products and the contact surface between the heating element and the heat radiating device in the electrical equipment ·It is used in the contact surface between the radiator of the LED lamp and the PCB. Suitable for SMD high-power lamp, COB ·CPU, power amplifier, thermistor, power module, etc.
