Product Description

Licalplex-1200 is offers a special range of greases to resist ingress of water in all its forms like vapors, emulsions or rains. Licalplex-1200 is long-term lubricating grease for high load as well as high speed applications. This high-performance grease is formulated with lithium-calcium soap and fortified with special water-repellent, hydrophobic molecules that help the grease to preserve its characteristics even in the presence of high percentages of water.

Applications

Licalplex-1200 is recommended for long term lubrication of heavily loaded bearings where the grease is exposed to water during operations. It is suitable for lubrication of roller & plain bearings, motor bearings, conveyor bearings, wheel bearings & bearings in Plummer blocks. Automotive components such as window regulator channels and pulleys. To lubricate roller and plain bearing exposed to high or severely high load. Very beneficial to low speed bearings subjected to shock load conditions. To reduce friction and wear on mechanisms exposed to very high loads. To prevent bearings from abrasive build up, corrosion and to provide lubrication also in the presence of water.
