Product Description

OGCPLUS high-performance water-resistant lubricating grease formulated with finely dispersed graphite which delivers EP properties. It is based on unique thickener chemistry with excellent adhesion and resistance to "fling-off" under extreme conditions.

Application

OGCPLUS is designed for the lubrication of large, slow to medium speed, heavily loaded gears in heavy-duty applications. NLGI 1 grade is suitable to prime the surfaces of newly assembled open gears to provide lubrication during initial turning. NLGI 00 can conveniently applied by spray on gear teeth. Also suitable for use in a wide variety of industrial sectors including mining industries, including those that operate at high temperatures, for example, ring gears on cement kilns and ball mills steel, cement, paper, and chemical applications.
