Product Description

OGCPLUS high-performance water-resistant lubricating grease formulated with finely dispersed graphite, MoS2 and with High Grade Synthetic Polymers which delivers EP properties. It is based on unique thickener chemistry with excellent adhesion and resistance to "fling-off" under extreme conditions. The product is formulated to be readily pumpable for good lubrication distribution and easily drainable. OGCPLUS is the open gear lubricant of choice for mills and kilns in Mineral processing, Power generation, Steel, and Cement industries

APPLICATIONS

OGCPLUS is designed for the lubrication of large, slow to medium speed, heavily loaded gears in heavy-duty applications. NLGI 00 can conveniently applied by spray on gear teeth. Also suitable for use in a wide variety of industrial sectors including mining industries, including those that operate at high temperatures, for example, ring gears on cement kilns and ball mills steel, cement, paper, Sag mills, Rod mills, Balling discs, Dryers, Quenchers, Mixers and chemical applications.
