ROBO-M2 GREASE ROBOTIC MACHINE LUBRICANT

Product Description 

ROBO-M2 is manufactured from a synthesized hydrocarbon fluid and a non-soap thickener with organic Molybdenum compound. It is special purpose grease highly recommended for use in Robot harmonic drives and reducers highly durable. It is ideal for robotic welding applications. Provides exceptional durability and efficiency it has been developed exclusively for the compact Harmonic Drive and is excellent in smoothness during wave Generator rotation by liquefying extreme pressure additives.

ROBO-M2 offers outstanding performance over wide temperature ranges, with the excellent retention and resistance to high-temperature degradation. In addition, it resists water washing, provides superior load- carrying ability, reduces frictional drag, and prevents excessive wear. Other tests show that ROBO-M2 prevents friction oxidation (fretting) and lubricate rolling element bearings / joints under conditions of high speeds and temperatures. It has also shown superior ability to lubricate heavily loaded sliding mechanisms, such as wing flap screw jacks.
