LITHIUM COMPLEX  SOAP BASED GREASE FOR PLASTIC

Product Description

SYG-2700/PLASTIC GREASE consists of a Silicone Lubricating fluid thickened with a special complex Lithium soap. This grease is primarily designed for use in ball bearings operation under moderate to heavy loads, water resistant and exhibits excellent high and low temperature resistance (-50 ° C to 220° C). This grease will be available in three consistencies (NLGI-1, 2 &3).

Applications

SYG-2700/ PLASTIC GREASE is used to lubricate ball bearings and roller bearings and other metal surfaces operation at -50° C to 220° C range. Suitable for lubricating control cables, such as clutch cables, gear shift cables, hand brake cables and others. The grease can be recommended for use in the following places,

·        Kilm pre-heater fans, Oven fans, Radiator cooling fans  

·        Textile hot Stenters, Slashers and Driers 

·        Conveyor System  

·        Timer Motor bearings 

·        Plastic bearings and gears
