EXTREME PRESSURE NANO TECHNOLOGY GREASE
Product Description
LITHEX SSEP-00/700 grease are lithium complex base semi fluid greases fortified with multipole Molecule Nano technology which reduces friction drastically in rubbing surfaces. Nano Tech multipole molecules forms a protective layer on the metal surfaces for optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme of pressure, vibration, shock loads at high or low speeds of the friction surfaces. The infuse Nano particles in the grease results in equalization of surface roughness without creating abrasion. A hydrodynamic lubrication film is maintained to achieve non-sacrificial micro-smoothening of the frictional surfaces. In smoothening the working surfaces, the loads are distributed over increased surface area.
It is special mineral oil-based grease free from solid lubricants. It has a high-pressure absorption capacity, provides excellent protection against wear and corrosion, shows good wetting behavior, water resistance and backflow behavior
Applications
LITHEX SSEP-00/700 grease find their application under difficult
operating conditions such as extreme pressure, vibrations, shock loads and a
wide temperature range in highly loaded rolling and sliding bearings. It can be
used as a semi-fluid grease lubricant in gears such as flange, drum-type and
worm gears. Additionally, they find their use in gears without oil-tight
enclosures, gear wheels and rolling bearings with a grease reservoir.
These greases are also suitable for bearings with a rotating outer ring
and undergoing high stresses due to centrifugal load, e.g. in spreader rolls,
roll neck bearings in steel mills, and for bearings with changing rotational
directions or slewing movements. It is suitable for the immersion
lubrication of gears up to a peripheral speed of approx. 4 m/s. Forced-feed
lubrication is possible at increased speeds.
