A family of heavy duty semi synthetic (SSEP) range of lubricating oils formulated to meet the critical requirements of No-Twist Rod Mills, SPEEDPLUS SSEP 2040 oils is suitable for all types of Morgan No- Twist Rod Mill lubrication systems for bearings, gears, adjusting screws, etc. and circulating systems for back up roll bearings of rolling mills, heavy duty stone processing unit and printing machines. It is suitable for the applications where extreme pressure, anti-wear properties, water resistant properties along with excellent lubricity is required. SPEEDPLUS SSEP 2040 is developed from mineral base oil, synthetic PAO and several other additives to impart EP, anti-wear, lubricity and anti-oxidant properties

· This non-detergent lubricant is good for anti-corrosion

· Good demulsibility for rapid water separation

· Resistance to foaming and good filterability.

· High oxidation stability resulting in longer lubricant life.

· Outstanding extreme pressure load-carrying properties with EP additives as evaluated in laboratory tests and confirmed in field service.

· Increased oxidation and thermal stability protect from formation of sludge and deposits, even at high bulk oil temperature up to 300⁰C

· Increased protection against rust and corrosion for metals used in gear sets.
