EXTREME PRESSURE HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE

Product Description

LITHEXPLUS NS and NS EP are high performance lubricating greases based on special heat resistant ingredients and additive package. Both greases are suitable for long term or lifetime lubrication of plain, ball and roller bearing operating at normal to medium loads under high temperature conditions. They are non-ageing and structurally very suitable greases in NLGI consistency No. 2 range. This is resistant to hot and cold water and mild presence of alkaline or acid atmosphere. They also protect against corrosion and wear is pump able through centralized lubrication systems. They are pressure resistant and the EP version has very good load carrying capacity. 

LITHEXPLUS NS and NS EP are capable of withstanding high temperature in the range of 300oC on continuous operation and up to 320oC for short term operation. They perform excellently at Dm.n factors upped 100,000 and satisfactorily at Dm.n factors up to 200,000. 

Applications

LITHEXPLUS NS and NS EP are recommended for all bearings which have to be operated under high thermal stresses such as in paint curing ovens, Boiler bearings etc. Also, for hot air blower fan bearings in textile, sugar industries, plastics, wood working and food industries. They work well in steam-heated calendar and drying cylinder bearing with normal re-lubrication intervals in paper, textile and plastic industries. For bearings working at temperatures up to 300oC and normal operating conditions, they can be used for life time lubrication. Also recommended for bearings operating in slightly acidic or alkaline atmosphere example, in textile machinery, tanneries, phosphatizing equipment or immersion baths which generate aggressive fumes

Remarks 

Bearing should only be filled half way for optimum results. Before initial filling, thoroughly remove the leftover grease and the clean the bearing. Do not mix with other lubricating greases
