CENTRAL GEAR FLUID-54 is a polymer technology based open gear lubricant fluid. It is fortified with high molecular weight polymers, extreme pressure additives, and a blend of anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitors, combining to provide highly effective lubrication with excellent corrosion protection. This lubricant is bitumen free.

CENTRAL GEAR FLUID-54 has been specially developed for the lubrication of all types and sizes of open gears, including spur, helical and bevel drive gears that are subjected to extreme loads, high working temperatures and water saturated conditions.

Applications

Clean the gears of previous lubricant with a suitable solvent; this will ensure good bonding of the solid lubricants in CENTRAL GEAR FLUID-54. This open gear lubricant is designed to provide specialty application by spray and dipping methods. It is not necessary for the gears to be treated to be dry of water the de watering characteristics of Central Gear Fluid-54 enable it to be applied to wet surfaces. Due to the product's high solids content, it is ideal for both running-in and service lubrication

Benefits

Fluid greases show a special rheological behavior: under hear, they become liquid and allow for lubrication close to that of oil. On stopping, they return to their consistency and guarantee sealing. These strongly thixo tropic phenomena are provided by the thickener. Aluminum complex greases are the products most Suited to these speed constraints.
