Product Description
KOOLPLUS RTU is a Long-Life coolant which is a chemically engineered mixture to provide additives like anticorrosive agents, foam suppressors, anti-rust agents and dyes.
Applications
KOOLPLUS RTU Coolant Concentrate must be diluted with de-ionized or
distilled water before use. However, waste from mining, sea water, brackish
water, brine, industrial waste water must be avoided.
KOOLPLUS RTU Long Life Coolant expands operating temperature range of cooling systems.

Concentrated Coolant should be diluted with distilled or de-ionized water before being used in cooling system as per requirement of the user. Today’s radiators not designed to function with water alone. Water doesn’t have corrosion inhibitors, and won’t offer freezing protection like mix containing antifreeze. Average cooling system designed to operate at 50% mixture. Modern diesel engine needs coolant additive package. Using 100% water could lead to engine problems.
When diluted 50% with water, KOOLPLUS RTU Long Life Coolant protects modern engine components from winter freezing and summer boil over. The chart at the top provides mixing information. A 33% to 50% concentration range is suggested for optimum corrosion protection in most areas. KOOLPLUS RTU Long Life Coolant is compatible with better brands of coolant commonly available. It contains very high-quality additives and will not harm hoses, plastics or original vehicle finishes.
The concentrate has corrosion inhibitors for upto33% dilution. If the product is diluted more than the recommended usage, the mixture is not likely to give desired level of anti- boil, anti-freeze & corrosion protection required for cooling system.
Usage beyond the recommended dosage may adversely damage the cooling system.
