Product Description

PROCESSPLUS   is used for the d-molding of asbestos – cement or asbestos – free product. It concerns more specifically sheets or slates which are produced by means of metal or composite (relief) molds (templates) Process plus can be applicated means of brushes, rolls or by spray gun.

Due to the specific characteristics of the oil, the sheets or slates can be painted without prior degreasing.  Process  plus  also  protects  the  steel  mold  against  corrosion.  The d-molded products have a very good smooth aspect. Process plus is of high refined naphthenic base oil to which additives are added to prevent the sticking and the corrosion of the sheets.

Applications
