Quick Dry Stamping Fluid is a synthetic is a highly evaporative forming and stamping fluid.

Applications

Quick Dry Stamping Fluid was specially developed for use on a variety of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals where a high level of part cleanliness is required. It provides the ultimate balance between lubrication and evaporation, protecting dies and punches whilst giving a virtually dry finished part. In the majority of cases parts may be powder coated or painted without resorting to time consuming parts cleaning or costly vapor degreasing.     

Quick Dry Stamping Fluid should ideally be directly sprayed onto the punch or die during operation, but can also be applied by swab, roller or spray to blanks prior to entering the punch or press. Generally, 2-4 hours drying time (at room temperature) is sufficient to ensure a clean, dry finished part.
