Product Description

These technically advanced products have been designed to perform where conventional rope dressing have failed. Modern polymeric additives combined with selected solid lubricants have taken the place of heavy cylinder oils and bituminous compounds to produce a flexible, and soft film, protective coating with superior lubricity and bearing properties. These grades with varying viscosities have been developed to meet the needs of a wide range of industries.

ROPEPLUS-57 –Light wire Rope Lubricant is blended into a volatile solvent designed to provide maximum penetration. Highly polar lubricity and corrosion protection additives, together with carefully selected solid lubricants are deposited directly onto the inner most strands or the wire rope, importing a tough water-resistant film designed to reduce friction and subsequent wear.

ROPEPLUS-57- Heavy wire Rope Lubricant is blended into a synthetic base oil of high viscosity designed to provide maximum penetration. Highly polar lubricity and corrosion protection additives, together with carefully selected solid lubricants are deposited directly onto the inner most strands or the wire rope, importing a tough water-resistant film designed to reduce friction and subsequent wear.

ROPEPLUS-57- Heavy wire Rope Lubricant are solvent free for applications where an elevated flash point is desirable.

Directions for use

Ropes should be clean and free from the oily grime produced by conventional wire rope dressing. Our engineering and technical departments would be pleased to offer advice. ROPEPLUS-57 Wire Rope Lubricants may be applied by spray, swab or through automatic dispensing equipment through which the feed should be synchronized with the speed of the rope and rate penetration. Correctly applied, ROPEPLUS-57 Wire Rope Lubricants will extend the useful life of a rope in service.
