PROSOLCUT SUPREME oil is a high-quality cutting fluid for use with both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Soluble oils are suspensions of oil droplets in hard water made possible by blending the oil with emulsifying and blending agents.

An emulsion will have a milky appearance with an oil droplet size in the range 0.005mm (0.0002") to 0.002mm (0.00008"). They provide good cooling with moderate lubricity PROSOLCUT SUPREME soluble oil is manufactured from premium quality virgin mineral oils and fortified with a special additives package for superior long-term, trouble free performance and exceptional tool life with excellent hard water stability.

 Applications

PROSOLCUT SUPREME soluble oil is a water-soluble concentrate suitable for the entire range of general-purpose machining, grinding, light forming and stamping of ferrous and non-ferrous metal. Water emulsions of PROSOLCUT PREMIUM soluble oil exhibit excellent lubricity and long-term stability. Superior surface wetting provides maximum cooling and chip removal. Unwashed parts manufactured with PROSOLCUT SUPREME soluble oil are protected from rust and corrosion by a thin residual film.  PROSOLCUT SUPREME soluble oil is recommended for large central systems as well as for individual sumps.
