PROSYNTHCUT-200 is a heavy duty, semi synthetic biostable micro emulsion. It has been developed to meet the toughest demands of today’s metal working industry. High performance multipurpose long-life semi synthetic cutting fluid & recommended for machining a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

PROSYNTHCUT-200 is a water miscible semi-synthetic, high performance metal working fluid. It is designed to perform even with hard water up to 500 ppm.

It is recommended for Medium to Heavy duty Machining Operations of cast iron, aluminium, copper, stainless steel and mild steel. It is not recommended for cast iron grinding

PROSYNTHCUT-200 combines the heavy-duty properties of extreme pressure soluble oil with the superior qualities and long sump life of synthetic oil. Its excellent wetting ability permits the lubricity and extreme pressure additives to penetrate between the cutting tool and the work piece, resulting in extended tool life, exceptional surface finishes, greater dimensional accuracy, and effective cooling.

PROSYNTHCUT-200 possess unusual resistance to the growth of bacteria and fungi. It provides excellent rust and corrosion protection on metals. Prosynthcut-100 is free from active sulphur, silicones, phenols and nitrates. PROSYNTHCUT-100 is a highly versatile semi synthetic coolant  which  is recommended for all machining and grinding operations

It will perform satisfactorily on light to medium stamping and drawing. PROSYNTHCUT-200 may be used on ferrous and non – ferrous metals. The reserved alkalinity agents incorporated in our oil help to minimize acidification of the soluble oil, thus preventing bacteria growth in the system

Recommended to use in all type of CNC/VMC Recommended Dilution.

Applications

·        Boring, Drilling, Sawing, Reaming, Milling, blanking and Gear cutting: 20: 1 & 30

·        Threading and Broaching: 10: 1 to 15: 1

·        Grinding: 30: 1 40: 1

·        Metal Forming: 10: 1

First parts are water and second one denotes oil. Always take the measured water into bucket / vessels and then pour the oil gradually and while pouring stirring is necessary. Do not mix up the fill oil in the sump and do it mixing outside and then pour into the sump.
