Product Description

PROSYNTHCUT-50 is a long life semi synthetic cutting fluid enriched with several additives to impart proper lubricity, sufficient extreme pressure property, and anti-corrosion de foaming characteristics to this fluid. It forms a translucent micro emulsion with water which facilitates the operator to see through the operation. Its effective biocide system provides resistance to degradation due to bacterial and fungal attack which improves operator acceptance. It provides optimum performance by increasing tool life and providing very good surface finish

PROSYNTHCUT-50 is suitable for various machining operations like grinding, milling, drilling, turning etc. on both ferrous and nonferrous metals
