Product Description

The PROSOLCUT are high performance, multi-purpose water soluble, COOLANT fluids. They are formulated from high quality vegetable base oils, emulsifiers and additives to provide effective machining performance in a wide variety of operations. The higher oil content emulsion gives excellent COOLANT performance and outstanding machine tool lubrication and corrosion protection. They are designed for a range of light to moderate duty COOLANT operations to moderate to heavy duty machining on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The PROSOLCUT are readily emulsifiable in water and form stable micro-emulsions. The products are engineered to be suitable for a wide range of water qualities and are resistant to foaming, even in high pressure systems. PROSOLCUT emulsions can provide extended coolant life relative to conventional soluble oils, with proper COOLANT fluid maintenance.
The PROSOLCUT are 100% Phenol, Nitrite and Chlorine free.
Environmentally friendly products suitable for mid to heavy duty machining fluid for all metal.

Applications

 The PROSOLCUT is recommended for a wide range of machining operations on metals of various hardness. They can be equally used on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is also recommended for cold rolling mills.
PROSOLCUT is suitable for general purpose cutting and grinding. It is suitable for Moderate to heavy duty machining. It is also suitable for heavier duty operations and particularly for aluminum machining with low stain potential.
