PRONEATCUT-S-40 are high performance straight semi synthetic oils offering superior performance for machining stainless steel, titanium & non-ferrous metals. This extreme pressure lubricant is suitable for cold wire drawing operations on high-speed systems.
PRONEATCUT-S-40 series of oils are developed with highest quality virgin hydrocrack synthetic base stock with combination of Lubricity & wetting agents like Easters & extreme pressure additives to achieve better surface finish in machining application. It provides faster settling, easier filtration and better pumping where needed. A special phosphorus containing EP Additives enhance superior performance of this oil.

Applications

PRONEATCUT-S-40 are suitable for milling, drilling, deep-hole drilling, Drawing, turning, Automatic turning, threading, tapping, reaming, honing and sawing also suitable for high-speed machining.
