Product Description

PREVENTPLUS TR 30 is an extremely effective Rust preventive compound for use under the most severe corrosion conditions. PREVENTPLUS TR 30 is unique in that when applied on metal surface, it will form a dry, tough, highly abrasive resistant film. Prevent plus TR 30 can be used on farm machinery, construction equipment’s, pipes, Industrial Machines, tanks and similar steel structure where rust and corrosion control is desired, when used in these functions, it should be considered that removal of Prevent plus TR 30 will require soaking or wiping down with a safety solvent. 

Airless equipment makes application easy and clean when applying. We suggest spray tips from .018 TO .026 in orifice size depending upon the model pump, its capacity Prevent plus TR 30 can also be brushed, rolled or dipped to achieve application. All metal surfaces should be free of dust, dirt, grease, rust scale etc. 

Precaution

PREVENTPLUS TR 30 should not be used around flames, sparks or unshielded electric Motors due to its petroleum solvent carries reasonable safety procedures should be Exercised by the person. Applying the material precaution as noted on the MSDS should be observed. Prolonged or repeated contact with the skin or breathing of the solvent Vapors is to be avoided.
