Product Description

QUENCHPLUS 42 are formulated from premium quality lube oil base stocks with inherent oxidation stability and thermal stability. These quench lubes have low volatility and moderate flash point and pour point. These quenching lubes having special additives which enhances with soiling of metal parts during quenching and prevents dust accumulation on metals.

Application  

QUENCHPLUS 42 are recommended for hardening of nuts, bolts, bearings, springs and other automotive and engineering components. These lubes are suitable for general purpose quenching. It confirms to IS 2664:1980 (Reaffirmed 1993).
