SYNTHETIC MOLD RELEASE AGENT
Product Description
It is a silicone-based mold release paste compounded from
fortified Polyalkyl Siloxane and other chemical additives. It is highly inert
and has excellent water repellency characteristics making it most ideal for
marine and mold release applications. It can be applied with the help of a
grease gun. Grease is suitable for long term or lifetime lubrication of plain,
ball and roller bearing operating at normal to medium loads under high
temperature conditions.
Applications
As a mold release agent for all types of Plastics, Rubbers,
Metals, Ceramics, Epoxies, etc. They work well in stream-heated calendar and
drying cylinder bearing with normal relubrication intervals in paper, textile
and plastic industries. Also recommended
for bearings operating in slightly acidic or alkaline atmosphere e.g., in
textile machinery, tanneries, phosphatizing equipment or immersion baths which
generate aggressive fumes.
