SILICONE BASED O-RING GREASE

Product Description

SYG-2700/LYPT Grease consists of a Silicone Lubricating fluid thickened with a special complex Lithium soap. This grease is a silicone-based material that helps ensure positive lubrication and sealing by slightly swelling rubber O-rings and seals operating under moderate to heavy loads, water resistant and exhibits excellent high and low temperature resistance from -50 ° C up to 220° C. The grease will be available in three consistencies such as light, medium and heavy.
Grease should be applied using brush, grease gun, or automatic lubrication system.

Applications

SYG-2700/LYPT Grease is used for Lubrication between rubber and metal parts in pneumatic systems in aircraft, automotive and general industrial applications. It is used to lubricate ball bearings and roller bearings and other metal surfaces operating at -50° C to 220° C temperature range.

The grease can be recommended for following applications,

·        Kilm pre-heater fans, Oven fans, Radiator cooling fans.

·        Timer Motor bearings.

·        Textile hot Stenters, Slashers and Driers.

·        Plastic bearings and gears.

·        Conveyor System.
