SYF-18OO/6000 SYNTHETIC HIGH TEMPERATURE LUBRICANT FOR PRINTING INDUSTRY

Product Description

SYF  1800 /6000 differs considerably from conventional fluid lubricants.  It is intrinsically viscous, very adhesive, water repellent, wear protective and resistant to high temperatures and resistant to ageing. This modern lubricant not only solves many lubrication problems but also, very often, has an improved lubricating effect. It contains highly polymeric compounds allowing a quieter running of power transmissions, such as chains and gears. The viscous, partially honey like structure has silencing properties. SFY-600 lubricants are supplied in many viscosity classes. The less viscous types are ideally suited to oil-mist lubrication. The more viscous types have a treacle-like structure. They are long-fibred, have noise dampening properties and adhere to points of friction. They appear to produce a “belt drive” on small, open-running gears and are capable of creep lubrication of heavy chain gears.  They are highly pressure resistant and form an extremely adhesive lubricating film that is most resistant to centrifugal forces as needed for delivery chains, linear guides, eccentric tappets, gripper opening cams, chain guides and open gear wheels. SYF 1800 /6000 can be used within the temperature range of -10 °C to +280°C.

Applications

SYF 1800 /6000 lubricants are miscible with mineral oils and many synthetic lubricants. However, when mixed with other lubricants their efficiency is impaired. Friction Points should therefore be cleaned before SYF 1800/6000 lubricants are used Corrosion preventive agents, lubricant residues and other contaminants should be carefully removed. Delivery chains, guide rails, eccentrics, gripper opening curves, open gear wheels, chain guide ways.
SYF 1800 /6000 lubricants are recommended to use in high speed or highly loaded Drives and control chain, open gears, low speed, enclosed gear & worm gear drive.
