Product Description

ANTISEIZE AERO is a general purpose anti-seize lubricant that prevents seizing and galling caused by high temperatures, heavy loads, vibration and corrosion. This unique formula has a smooth texture, fine particle sizing and familiar copper color, making it an excellent choice for closely fitted parts that need extreme lubrication. Regular use of Copper Anti-Seize will increase performance and prolong equipment life. 

Recommended for use

ANTISEIZE AERO is free from lead, graphite and aluminum and does not carbonize at high temperature up to 1100°C. It is recommended for stainless steel application above 360°C.It performs well on similar and dissimilar metals. It provides rust, Corrosion Protection while preventing seizing, galling, pitting, galvanic action and thread distortion. It is impervious to water and offers protection from steam acids, caustic and harsh chemicals.

Applications and Directions

Preparation 

·        Always read entire label before using product 

·        Aerosol application:  Do not apply while equipment is energized.  Shake can vigorously to free agitator ball and mix product. 

       Shake periodically during use.  

·        For best results, clean scale and old compound from threaded surfaces.  

·        Note: When grinding or wire brushing use a dust mask. 

·        Do not use a thinner.  

Applications

·        Coat mating surfaces and assemble.  

·        To avoid contamination, keep container closed when not in use.
