Product Description

(Registered by NSF (Class H1) for use where there is potential for incidental contact with food. These products meet the former guidelines (1998) of the US Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA FSIS) for H1 use (lubricant with incidental food contact) and listed in Miscellaneous Publication No 1419 “List of Proprietary Substances and Nonfood Compounds”. Product contains only substances permitted under US 21 CFR 178.3570 for use in lubricants with incidental food contact.)

Removing of dirtiness, solving and dissolving of sugar crusts in the candy industry.Lubrication of rocker arms, chain joints, spindles, sensors and claws at wrapping and packaging machines, thin foil and tablet machines. Food save lubricant for deep drawing and shaping in the beverage, food and pharmaceutical industry.

Cost effective through rapid dissolving of sugar crusts. All-purpose oil because of its good cleaning and lubrication properties. Reduces abrasion and allows extended maintenance periods.

Application:

Apply sufficient amount of SYF 990/SDC PLUS on the area to be cleaned of sugar crusts. Use a brush, metering can, etc. After a short residence time, wipe with a soaked cloth. For lubrication apply an adequate amount with a brush, oil can, etc or with an automated lubrication system. Re-lubrication period and amount should be stated according to the operating conditions. Note the instructions of the machine manufacturer. Store in original container at room temperature up to one year. Mineral oil stable materials are not affected. If used with plastic components we recommend persistency test .Only mix with appropriate lubricants.
