Perfluoropolyethers(PFPE) is a kind of special perfluorinated polymer compound, the average molecular weight is between 500～1500, and only 3 elements like C, F & O can be found in the molecule. It has good physical and chemical properties like: high temperature resistance, anti oxidation, non-flammable, non-volatile, low pour point, low surface tension, high dielectric, good lubricating property, chemical inertness, bio-inert, and etc. PFPE is mainly used in the working conditions with heat, chemicals, solvents, corrosive, toxic, flammable materials and the working condition has requirement for the life of the lubricants, as well. The grease made from PFPE oil can be used in chemical, electronic, military, unclear, aerospace industries, and other special lubrication areas.
